What comes from our mouths as we work to pass though the uncomfortable silences? In a big city these two never thought they could become so isolated and alone with each other. This dark comedy about life, death and the persistence of time (or lack thereof) is an honest and funny look at the destructive stupidity of hormones and self-doubt in a new relationship.

Take two stoners, mix in a bit of urban isolation and enough time to exercise their gray matter, what you get is something truly unique. A little serious, a little funny but awful awkward and a whole lot of fun.

"3:18" features an incredible soundtrack of local Cleveland musicians including The New Salem Witch Hunters, The Unknown, Prick; who achieved a certain level of notoriety in the mid ’90’s when the glammy industrial act inked a deal with Trent Reznor’s nothing label, as well as the up-and-coming Disengage; who were recently voted Best Hard Rock Band in the Free Times Music Awards. The soundtrack blends a mix of metal, punk and industrial. Alone it serves to punctuate the great music written and produced by dedicated musicians in the rock + roll capital.

This short story also illustrates the talents of actors Jeff Staron and Marylee Gotch, though not asked, put up with every distraction imaginable including trains, persistent pigeons, and the occasional gun fire. It is a true look at independent filmmaking in Cleveland, Ohio.
